How does ACJ protect my credit card information?

ACJ is committed to our customers' security, and will continue to offer the highest levels of protection for your credit card transactions. We are certified Level 1 PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard) compliant.
How does ACJ protect my privacy?
We will not rent or sell your name, address, email address, credit card information or personal information to any third party. However, we must cooperate fully should a situation arise where we are required by law or legal process to provide information about a customer. You can find our Privacy Policy here.
Payment Options
We accept the following credit cards: VISA, Mastercard, American Express and Maestro. You can also pay via PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shopify's Shop Pay.
In what currency are products charged?Our customers in the United Kingdom and the United States are charged in their local currency. Our Customers in all other countries are charged in Euro.
How are prices in other currencies calculated?
The prices shown are calculated on a daily basis and are based off exchange rates for that day.
Taxes, Customs Duties and VAT
Customs duties and taxes
Import duties and/or taxes may be imposed by your local government on shipments from outside your country. These charges are separate from ACJ's charges and are beyond our control or ability to predict. These charges (if any) are made payable to your government.
You are responsible for paying any taxes, duties and/or customs fees charged by your government. Please check with your local post office for more information.
Notice to our UK customers: Orders exceeding £135 may be subject to customs fees.
Customs sticker
ACJ is required by law to declare an accurate monetary value on all non-Irish shipments.
We are unable to honour any requests to suppress the value of an order on the customs sticker.
VAT
Value Added Tax (VAT) is included in the displayed price for orders shipped within the European Union and to Northern Ireland. The rate of VAT depends on the local VAT rate of the European Union member state the order is shipped to. For orders to the United Kingdom with a value below or equal to £135 VAT will apply.
No VAT will apply to orders outside of the European Union. For the UK no VAT will apply for orders exceeding £135 .
